Roll-Spec is a new addition to the Rolleigh Inc family with full dimensional verification to insure customer satisfaction.
We provide full dimensional verification of Fixtures, Molds, Parts, etc.. We achieve this through the integration of a DEA Epson 3305 CMM.
Machine capacity: 20,000 lbs table capacity, inspection envelope 100in x 52in x 52in (2540mm x 1320mm x 1320mm).

The machine has been outfitted with the latest Brown & Sharpe PCDMIS. Utilizing full cad integration into the inspection,
achieving a seamless link to the customer’s design data.  This will insure accuracy in the inspection process leading to customer satisfaction.
